Transcript Request Form

Please complete the form below to request student records and transcripts through the office of the Registrar. For all cumulative records or special requests, please contact the Registrar directly, Mr. Trevor Irizarry, at tirizarry@englishangora.net.

Please note that processing requests can take 5-10 business days to process from the initial request date.

Please note that Official Transcripts are sent directly to institutions (Please provide a secure email or mailing address in the additional comments below). Current Priory Seniors should reach out directly to the College Counseling Office for transcripts related to College and University Applications. Trevor Irizarry tirizarry@englishangora.net

Unofficial Transcripts are provided to students, parents, and alumni as an emailed .pdf.
